1. Services

Cebu Aircon Care connects customers (“Service Users”) with independent third-party aircon technicians (“Technicians”) for services such as cleaning, inspection, basic repair, installation, and related work.

2. Relationship of the Parties

Cebu Aircon Care is a booking and coordination service. We are not the technician or service center. Technicians are independent third parties and are solely responsible for services rendered.

3. User Responsibilities

1. You confirm that the information you submit is true and correct.
2. You agree to provide access to the service location as scheduled.
3. You agree to pay for services provided by the technician, subject to agreed pricing and scope.
4. You understand that repairs may require assessment before final quotation.

4. Limitation of Liability

Cebu Aircon Care is not liable for damages, losses, injuries, or claims arising from services performed by technicians. Users agree to deal with technicians responsibly and to take reasonable precautions for safety and property protection.
